1. Raw material preparation

The raw material, mostly used, is plastic resin. There are several kinds of plastic resins which give different characteristics. Each type of plastic resin is therefore selected with the product's application in mind. Some plastic resin is mixed with additives to increase specific qualifications such as anti static properties or additional colour.







2. Film Extrusion process

All prepared raw materials are sent into the Extrusion Machine using high temperature and shear stress to dissolve the plastic resins. This is then extrude through ringed die. Inside, air pressure is used to blow the plastic into tubular formation. The plastic is then cooled using air and water for it to harden.





3. Printing process

For those plastic bags on which there must be printing of pictures, symbols or words, the blown molding film will be put into a printing machine using the Gravure printing system. This uses screen blocks to print out each primary color and can create up to seven printed colour. Print size is 40 x 36 inches at maximum, with a top productivity of 100 tons per month.






4. Cutting and packaging process

The blown and printed film is sealed with heat and the lenght cut according to the specification. This includes making holes and/or the bag's holders. Finally, the product is packed in the designated quantity.
